CHING MING FASTENER CO,.LTD was founded in Hong Kong 1982. At the very beginning of the business, we produced the precision screw specially and there were only 20 small manufacturing machines in the facility including Heading Machine, Thread Rolling Machine, Slotting Machine, Cutting Machine, etc.

In order to meet the customer’s requirement. Our production lines have been shifted to Shenzhen, China from Hong Kong in1990.

In 1995 , our manufacturing machines were increased to 40.

In 1999 , we started to increase 15 medium screw production equipment .

In 2000 , we started to increase the large-scale multi-style such as Part’s Former Machine , large-scale Thread Rolling Machine, the multi-style Screw Shaper and the appropriate Tapping Machine ,Wire Roller, etc , with a total number of 89 machineries in the factory to ensure our products can achieve our customers’ requirements, expectation and satisfaction.

At the same time , we started to carry out the following plans :
- Reconstruct the staff dormitory, improve the staff living conditions
- Rallies the warehouseIncrease the reserve of generating set
- Possess a team of persons for quality control and assurance processes
- Training of the technologic staff and productive inspector
- On-the-job trainingIncrease the quantity of productive inspector
- Computerize the productive specification

In 2001 ,we started to control the procedure documentarily , prepared for the approval of ISO90001(2000) in 2002 , before this application , the product of our factory had also achieved all customer requirements , the proportion of productive control , productive inspector and the directive producer are increased by original 1:2:16 to the present 4:10:20.

In June 2002 , we had rewarded ISO 9001 (2000) standard in Mainland China.

In June 2008 , we had rewarded ISO 9001 (2008) standard in Mainland China.
